Description
The Baosi BHE163L series is a high-performance two-stage oil-injected screw airend, specially developed for 34.5~82.0kW-class industrial air compressors. It adopts a split structure design with optimized wall thickness, simplifying processing and assembly processes, while featuring an integrated machine spigot for oil-cooled integrated motor direct drive, ensuring a more compact structure and higher transmission efficiency.
Equipped with two gear ratio options (1.47 and 1.89), the series flexibly adapts to 0.6~1.7MPa exhaust pressure, with an air displacement range of 6.22~9.08m³/min according to different gear ratios. It adopts 4-pole motor direct drive with a main shaft speed of 1450rpm, combined with optimized oil circuit design to reasonably distribute inter-stage oil injection, achieving excellent energy-saving performance, which is 30~35% more energy-efficient than traditional roots blowers.
Crafted with high-precision processed rotors (plated with a super corrosion-resistant coating) and an optimized sealing structure, it effectively reduces internal leakage and oil leakage, supporting long-term stable operation even under harsh working conditions. With a compact and integrated structure, it is easy to install and maintain, widely applied in machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, mining and other fields, providing reliable core power for industrial compressed air systems.
