Description
The Baosi BHE178L series is a high-performance two-stage oil-injected screw airend for 45.0~105.0kW industrial air compressors, featuring an advanced split structure with optimized wall thickness and oil-cooled integrated motor direct drive for compactness and high transmission efficiency.
With two gear ratio options (1.52, 1.95), it adapts to 0.6~1.7MPa exhaust pressure, with 7.85~11.60m³/min air displacement. Adopting 4-pole 1450rpm direct drive and optimized oil circuit design, it achieves excellent energy-saving performance, 30~35% more efficient than traditional roots blowers.
Its high-precision rotors with super corrosion-resistant coating and optimized sealing structure effectively prevent leakage, ensuring stable operation under harsh industrial conditions. Compact and easy to install/maintain, it is widely used in machinery, chemical and mining fields to provide reliable core power for compressed air systems.
