TV Series Oil-Injected Screw Air Compressor Temperature Control Valve

The Hongxing TV Series Temperature Control Valve is a core accessory specially designed for oil-injected rotary screw air compressors, dedicated to precise control of lubricating oil temperature and ensuring stable operation of the compressor unit.

Adopting advanced temperature-sensitive paraffin core technology, it automatically adjusts the oil flow direction according to the lubricating oil temperature, realizing intelligent temperature regulation without external power supply.

When the oil temperature is lower than the set value, it closes the cooler oil circuit to help the oil temperature rise quickly and avoid emulsification; when the temperature reaches about 70℃, it gradually opens to guide the oil into the cooler for cooling, preventing overheating damage to the unit.

With a compact structure, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, it is easy to install and maintain, and compatible with various models of oil-injected screw air compressors. This series covers multiple specifications to meet different operating needs, providing reliable temperature control support for air compressors in industrial, manufacturing and other fields.
