The Baosi BHE143L series is a high-performance two-stage oil-injected screw airend, specially developed for 32.4~64.2kW-class industrial air compressors. Adopting 4-pole motor direct drive with a main shaft speed of 1480rpm, it integrates advanced design and reliable performance to meet the gas supply needs of medium and large-scale industrial production.
Equipped with two gear ratio options (1.93 and 2.23), the series flexibly adapts to 0.7~1.5MPa exhaust pressure, with an air displacement range of 5.25~6.88m³/min according to different gear ratios. It adopts optimized precision grinding technology and high-efficiency rotor profile, ensuring stable air output and excellent energy-saving performance.
